Marketing emails are often the backbone of a business and delivery of those emails is critical. There are a lot of email marketing companies that offer their services, but only a few that employ key protocols such as DMARC and DKIM to ensure delivery of your mailings.

Set up and configuration includes authenticating your domain, including the company you are sending through to DMARC (where applicable), creating default mailing lists, creating a registration page, and implementing the necessary DNS changes.

DMARC Setup and Configuration

DMARC is often the first place to look when clients report issues with being blacklisted, their email address or domain being spoofed, or poor delivery rates. Implementing DMARC is a critical step towards ensuring that your business emails are delivered and spammers aren’t using your domain to send SPAM emails.

Setting up DMARC includes creating the necessary DNS records for DMARC, DKIM, and SPF and creating aliases for reporting purposes.

Once you have DMARC configured, monitoring is available.

DMARC Monitoring

February 24, 2016 by ATTOG Technologies

When you implement DMARC and if you send a high volume of mail you may still receive errors from new systems, mailing lists and forwarders. Daily reporting is delivered from receiving domains that also employ the use of DMARC, such as Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, and Fidelity. To review reporting for send failures and ensure your policies and protocols are up to date, you need an expert to monitor and remediate any issues that arise.
